I will try this recipe. Can you pls also mention how much volume should it become at the end? Starting with 4 cups and using the same stock will not be much, did you use additional water? Corn flour will make it even more thick...

Made it. Very nice. Makes only enough for one person though. If you live alone, then this will be for you. If not, you got no hope. Remember it starts with 4 cups water. That's it. I added one cup of chicken stock and even then it wasn't enough for 2.

I don’t think this the hot n sour soup this was manchow bcoz in this video there was no spices thing was use black pepper doesn’t give that much spiceness which hot n sour needs n the colour was full black hot n sour colour is not black
