@@juannavarro6091 NDA has nothing to do with the threat of murder, it was just a really good joke. It’s called a non-disclosure agreement. Usually, you’re a victim of a crime, and you get a settlement. Though you have to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Which means you won’t go to an outcry witness, the police, the courts, a lawyer, etc. because you signed and took money from them. Say anything, you have to give the money back, etc. There’s also doctor-patient confidentiality, attorney-client privilege, priest-penitent privilege, bank-client confidentiality, etc. So let’s say you’re seeing a therapist and they can’t treat you unless you sign a confidentiality form to keep things in the room. You just signed an NDA. Which isn’t true, because if your in danger to others or yourself, they take that info out of the room and go straight to the director to discuss what to do. Which breaks the NDA.
