@@randomadventures2.0 that would be fun. Most of the gear I've got is scattered and I don't remember what all I had but most was military surplus from the 80s and 90s. I've got a military pup tent from 1940s that I used a lot but it looks like hammock camping would be fun as well. I've been wanting to do some motorcycle camping sometime but without my camping gear it's been put on the back burner for now

Yeah my thumb has been swollen for the last week but other than that it wasn't too bad now that I know those wood trolls are there I've got to keep an eye on them they just jump out and grab your foot LOL

Mr. 2.0 I just wanted to let you know I appreciate your great attitude. I was in a head on car accident many years ago. I broke my hip on the left and ankle on the right. I can't walk like I used to, but I have learned you have to be thankful for what I can do not what I can't, and if fact I am just thankful the Lord spared my life. God is a good Father, and He has been faithful to see me through. Hope your hand is feeling better, so sorry to see you take a tumble. Hey if you want turkey again try Kentucky legend turkey from Wal-Mart they also sell a Kentucky legend ham that is great. Love you brother , God bless you.

That is a nice spot especially with a stream It's a nice full looking woods I like the hammock tent. A lot more protection from the elements It also looks cozy with the wood stove going. Sue this was a great spot I was very fortunate to have found it in the Stream like you said perfect having the hot tent and the stove was perfect for keeping me warm all night when I closed the door that hot tent was really making me sweat for a bit I thought about opening the door but then I was too tired time for bed LOL the view in the morning making the eggs and coffee I like to say it doesn't get any better than that thank you so much for watching and Happy Thanksgiving and they belated Thanksgiving for you in Canada

Yes that was a great Thanksgiving meal I was really impressed and I did have the trekking poles with me but I was setting up the stove pipe when I fell and I tripped over the guy line but I did use the trekking Pole to pull the cart in with when I went in and it saved me a couple of Falls. Yeah it was Mike positioning I'm not as familiar with the operation of it yet and it was too late when I realized it I was editing at that point and I was like oh no I tried upping the sound but unfortunately I had the mic inside the jacket in the very beginning and at one point I forgot to turn it on but from here on out now I know. @@randomadventures2.0 I also stop adding wood an hour before bed so I can stand to get inside my warm bedding. Then I sleep till morning and crank it back up for coffee and breakfast. Always double or triple up on your stakes near the stove, with only 1, if it were to pull loose the tent wall could blow in and touch the stove pretty much ruining the tent. Cheers!

Great video but a top down fire in stove would be better...place larger Pieces on bottom and medium in middle then kindling on top then light fire starter.

I'm always amazed there are no bugs on your videos. I'm researching skeeto proof hammocks, but I don't think they exist for Canada. They even bite me though my camp-chair fabric 😫 Maybe only that lay-flat hammock would work with sleep mat, that you shows at hangcon.

I like to joke around and say that my blood type is AB positive so the bugs don't like me I am too very amazed that there are little bugs that hang out with me not really having a problem yes when they bite up through the bottom that could get very irritating quick

I am definitely getting one of those hammock hot tents for next year, probably use a cot in it more often than the hammock. It cost about as much as my ironwall onetigris but looks like so much more space.

I am glad you stumbled on the channel and welcome to the 2.0 family all of my videoing is done with my phone which is a Samsung Galaxy s23 for the last two videos prior to that it was a S21 and then when I started the channel it was a Samsung Galaxy 7 for about 4 months I do all of the editing on PowerDirector which is an app for my phone so all the different angles are One camera my phone. A lot of people think you need a lot of equipment but this goes to show all as you need is your phone LOL again thank you for being a part of the 2.0 family take care my friend

I know I had it under mine jacket and unfortunately it didn't pick it up like it had in the past but it was way too late when I noticed it I actually had a few times where I turned it off to save the battery and forgot to turn it back on amateur mistake learning curve with the new mic but should be better from here on out. I should have made it an ASMR video LOL

I think you should invest in a wireless microphone because it is difficult to hear you when you get a distance away from your phone

Yes I have the DJI microphones Unfortunately they are new to me and I placed them in the wrong spot inside of my shirt and did not realize the quality of the sound until I was editing there were times that I had turned it off and forgot to turn it back on apologize for the quality of sound rookie mistake however a big learning curve LOL I was so disappointed but hopefully it didn't take away too much from the enjoyment of the video. Yeah I know Patrick I messed up with the positioning of the mic and then at different times forgetting to turn it on but it was too late I had already filmed the video and then realized some of the amateur mistakes I made. But hopefully from this point forward I won't make the same mistake. Happy Thanksgiving thanks for putting up with it

Yeah it comes and goes I thought it was recording on the microphone when it wasn't and then at one point I had it under my shirt and it wasn't picking it up as good I was very disappointed that this sound quality but it was already too late I had already filmed it so I will do better next time. What tent and stove did you use? I don’t see a description also the hammock?

Hey Daniel yes it's in the description but it was a one Tigris hammock tent the t o m o u n t titanium hot stove the hammock was the area 11 one wind the underquilt I forget sorry LOL there is a link in the description that takes you to my Amazon store and you can see all of the products there I think there's some good sales going on right now.
