Hot Tent Camping In Snow 4K

I went hot tent camping in extreme cold winter conditions. The snowfall was beautiful while I set up my hot tent and wood stove. A delicious steak meal was cooked in my new Winnerwell Ovenstove. I've never eaten so well on a winter camping trip! Nothing like a winter camping adventure.

I watched this with my 3 year old daughter this morning. When you took your sled off to gather firewood she asked what you were doing so I told her. Then when you went out of sight she said ''Are we not going with with him?" 😄 I absolutely love your channel. It may sound funny, but get those Nomex gloves (Like Ove Glove). They sell them with sleeves. The ones I have are rated to 1000 degrees, so at 500 you can hold onto something for a couple of minutes.

Don’t know anything about 4K but I can tell you that I have watched loads of winter snow camping and I have never seen the snow so light, white and powdery. I felt like if I could blow on it ,it would fly everywhere. Everything was super clear, but the outdoors were awesome!

What a pleasant Sunday surprise! The steak looked delicious as always. Yay for using the fire stick bellow. I love using mine. It makes a huge difference. I wasn’t fan of the long segments without any talking. It didn’t seem like you. I enjoy them occasionally when you do b roll forage of sunrise or before switching to a new activity. It was great seeing you use the pulk sled. My friend built his this week using your video for guidance. I’m building my sled later this week. Any pulk tips?) Lastly, it didn't make any difference using 4k and watching it in my camera. Overall, good video.

Thank you Lisa! That steak was very delicious! The oven worked very well. I did shoot this video a little different I guess. I have been getting comments telling me I talk to much, I can’t seem to find a balance! LOL! I love my pulk sled! So useful! Hope yours turns out great. Appreciate your continued support as always! Your 4K video is much crisper. The snow, especially, is easily seen. There is a huge difference between this and earlier videos. Kudos!!

Loved the video as usual Ken! Thank you for all the hard work you put into making your videos and doing what you love. My only suggestion….do you ever consider a new saw? I feel a silky gomboy or just a bigger bucks saw would make your wood processing much more comfortable and faster.
