Still doesent work for me with my Zenfone 10, Android 14. The glasses connects to the app but not to my bluetooth. Wortless glasses.

I have told the the meta people is after phone was updated to Android 14. But no one seems to understand that

I can listen the notifications and messages but not the music, the music si played on the phone. And when I try to do it on the glasses it says I have to conect Bluetooth first

Same issue with Android 14. Had no issues before. Can connect with the app, but not with my phones actual Bluetooth.

@@Parallel_ so the problem is with android 14? Android 13 works fine then? Because when I first got them I pair them with a poco f3 that has android 13 and then bought new phone ROG Asus 8 that has Android 14 and the problems started

@@user-yy8uu7cw4t I think so mate. I had an S23 Ultra on Android 13 and had no problems. Then I got my Redmagic 9 Pro with 14 and I've had the issues ever since.

Maybe this comment will help someone with Bluetooth audio issues. I was facing issues connecting to my Ray ban meta for the audio and was almost giving up, because I've did everything already. The solution was: 1. "configuration > system > reset options > reset wifi and Bluetooth" 2. Pair your glasses through the meta view app. (After this, the issue will keep) 3. Go to Bluetooth settings and remove the pairing. 4. Put your glasses in the box and press the back button to start pairing again. 5. Do the pairing again but now through the "Pairing/add new device" in the Bluetooth settings. After that, my Bluetooth audio started working again. 🎉🎉

Bro it worked!!!! Thanks but when you return to the meta app it asks you to connect a device and when try to do the pairing again but now on the app it gives you an error. Now what will happen with the photos and videos that I take with the glasses? Bc since it shows I haven't paired a device on the account it doesn't show the new photos and/or videos I take

@@user-yy8uu7cw4t Unfortunately, you have to remove the pairing again on the Bluetooth config and pair it again through the glasses. I discovered I cannot have the audio and photos working together. If I want audio, I have to pair through Android Bluetooth config and if I want to see the photos and video, I have to pair it again through the app. 😢 You can take pics and record normally, you don't lose what you have in the glasses.

@@carlos_hs I see, but it's weird. I got the glasses a week ago, I did all the setup on my Xiaomi Poco F3 and everything worked fine, I could do both things, listen to music and take videos and photos and see them on the app. But I changed phone to Asus ROG Phone 8 y did the pairing and the problem started. I'm so confused and frustrated why it worked perfectly fine on my old phone but on the new one it doesn't
