Me Too! I know it's been through a bunch of delays, but hopefully that's an indication that they're really working on something good! Especially with a great actor like Mahershala Ali...although Wesley was perfect in the role, and will be a tough act to follow!

Thank you or watching and for the kind words! Glad I could help you, even just a little bit! For Blade, I love my Hot Toys version, but I also really like the Present Toys real leather, and they did note that they are updating the head sculpt, so I do think it'll be a really solid option!

Thanks for watching! Yeah I'm lucky he's still in good shape. I might be tempted to pick up a jacket, or the pants once the Present toys version is released, just in case something happens! I was also thinking about the Present Toys Heat figures, since they're re-issuing those. But TBD! And I 100% agree with you about Donnie Yen. He had great presence and a great fight, and then unfortunately he went out in the poorest way imaginable.

This one is tough because it is an older release so best bet is Ebay, but you do have to be careful to make sure you don't get a fake. And also, because this uses pleather just proceed with caution because some of the pants and jackets could be flaking. On the other hand...Present Toys did release a version of the character that people seem to love and SooSoo toys is making a version from Blade: Trinity that actually looks great and comes with an alternate sculpt (yelling with exposed fangs). Might be worth looking into.

@MegaManXtoys, that sucks that you didn't get your money back! That really does. But looking ahead, I'm really glad you're getting an opportunity to get a version of Blade. The Present Toys promo shots look incredible, so I do think it's a great opportunity to pick up Blade for a much more reasonable price. Plus, with the actual real leather...you won't have to be worried about the pleather deterioration. Glad you pre-ordered!

@@rudysonesixthworld Ehh that's ancient history. Hell yeah! This figure is among the most wanted by collectors. It's great that other companies are actually listening to our feedback and giving us what we truly want so I'm excited I'm finally getting a Snipes Blade figure! You gotta be a fool if you don't have a Snipes Blade and not buy the Present Toys version.

You know I actually saw that in the promo shots. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The Hot Toys one connects to his harness via a peg so with the jacket on the sword def. stands up straight, but there is some swivel allowed. Hoping that's the same for the this version. I guess we'll see once it gets released!

just got present toys blade. Not bad. The sculpt is improved a bit but does fall short compared to more modern HT sculpts. Doesnt include uv grenades and sword hilt swap. Basically it looks like Present Toys copied the HTs Blade and added real leather jacket and pants. They aren't the most premium leather but its leather still the same. Body is good. Almost all the joints are ratcheted minus wrist, head, and ankle. Speaking of which what will irk you is the ankle articulation. There is none. Like zero. Ugh!. U can get him to stand on his own but he looks weird with one foot not planted. For the cost I am not too mad I go it. Its def a cool stand in for a Blade if u are waiting for a better one or just want a decent 1/6 representation. I do feel the soosootoys version will kill the present toys one in many areas. I know! I actually was a little scared when I took him out to pose. I figured something would just flake off but still good. I didn't apply anything to him, he's just naturally lasted that long. I have also kept him in a nice cool, environment so hopefully that helped. Still one of the best Hot Toys figures I own.

Unfortunately, your best bet now seems to be EBay. But the few I've seen on there seem to go for a lot of money, even with the Present Toys version on it's way. And the one thing I would also be careful of. With the pleather and the pants, even if it's a sealed version you might run into serious flaking issues. The present toys option might be a viable alternative.

Hey! Unfortunately this one is not real leather. So it is susceptible to deterioration. The present toys one that was up for pre-order is supposed to be real leather.
