Honestly good for David for turning himself around. He never seemed like a morally terrible person, just caught up in the fame and excitement. It's nice to see him being the focus of his videos and somewhat how he actually interacts with his friends

@@Bigpimpmike786 still, david stood by and recorded. even made jokes about getting her drunk first.... which was exactly what happened. But Dom ofc was the big issue there. Aside from dom tho, the rest of his friends (due to the controversy of him "using his friends") feels like David took way more shit for them than he actually deserved. Cause like, they willingly participated because they were clout chasing, and used David's status to do so. They knew what they were getting themselves into. Some of them were still also fueling their own clout by throwing David under the bus. But overall, it isn't exactly wrong to say that David was caught in the fame of it all as he does record the wild content (like Dom's sex crazed lifestyle/ dangerous stunts performed by his friends) which basically is a motivator for these things. People are being overdramatic saying that David uses his friends when it's kind of mutual in a way. But seriously, you act like OP was accusing David of something. Dude's just saying David is less wild in these types of vlogs which is nice compared to what he used to do, that's all.

I came to say this exactly. His setups, flow, delivery and filming style has all changed. It nearly matches Alex's style from when he did the short, bit-narrated vlogs. The only real difference is the timing. Alex would run with shorter bits, make the punchlines quick and fast. David let's them hand a little longer, let's the bit develop. But the shot, setup, delivery and flow all matched Alex's Vlogs. It is also obvious that David is using this delivery style to turn the camera on himself. He is now the MAIN character of DAVIDS vlogs. His support cast is no longer the main character, influenced by his instigation. This makes it easier for David to make his Vlogs last longer. He is more so in the spotlight with his supporting cast being in the background; a style he has not used before. I would be very curious to know if David was directly inspired by the Vlogs Alex made. Their humor is very similar and I like this new style.
