Boarding captains usually head all different dormitory prefects. It’s not just a luo thing. It happens with big schools with many different dorms

I was raised in Kakamega and Nairobi counties and had not been to Emuhaya frequently nor do I speak kinyore but my subtribe betrayed me... My history and Kiswahili teachers made it worse... One day we came from church and I found my things ranscked both in class and dormitory reason they were searching for bhang....... I had not known bhang nor had I smoked.. I feel like I can crash some of my teachers. Alafu mnasema there is tribalism... There is subclanism

😢 I went to one like that and at the end of the first school year my parents saw me arrive with everything I had gone with to that school and I explained I wasn’t going back and we needed to start looking for a new school before December, and that’s how I changed schools.

😂😂😂😂 kenyan teachers very unproffessional am glad i was never a prefect ...i couldn't rub some teachers ignorance....all i remember is bad memories in highskul esp with deputy headteachers...i rem having a situation with one of the deputy teachers then after passing her subject ( kiswahili) she was like " young girl you can also perform 😂😂 i didn't know that) and i was like 🙄..i hated that deputy headteacher ( Mrs Nyaga) full of 🚮.
