The common theme in all the recent Circles Cafe videos... is way too many empty seats! In the long term, no restaurant can continue to to produce such a wide variety of foods, without a large food waste issue and financial issues. Empty seats are the kiss of death for any restaurant. As for this video, this is the first time any video that I am aware of that has mentioned any PROMO. I have complained multiple times to management and in video comments about the apparent lack of outside advertising locally to attract local Mall shoppers to walk over for lunch or dinner. Relying mostly on hotel guests to support the restaurant would equate to a failing grade in any university business or marketing class. I think your video should have focused more on the PROMO and how to avail the promo. In future videos, remember that youtube is international, and as such, speaking only tag or 98% tag limits the value and appeal of your video. Shangri-La is an international hotel with tourists and business travelers from many countries. The common theme here is that English is more international and spoken as a 1st or 2nd language by more people and as such will attract more viewers to watch the entire video. Additionally, while not a part of your video, the evening entertainment in the Lobby Lounge is mediocre and does not 'draw in' any crowd. As a marketing idea.... The management should be in contact with Philippine TV programs such as 'Talent" programs and offer the winners or 2nd placers an opportunity to do shows at the hotel.
