Sometimes even classic songs can be given a new and interesting twist. I'm thinking of Disturbed's "The Sound of Silence" (especially their performance on Conan). Whitney, your haunting rendition of "Hotel California" ranks right up there with that. Awesome interpretation, great performance, but special kudos for the creativity of re-imagining how this classic can be made even better.

I am amazed at how much I enjoyed this version of a very iconic song from my youth. Your voice is surprisingly effective on this unique melody. Please do keep surprising us, Whitney. And kudos to your collaborator for some lovely Latin flavoring on the guitar. Incredibly talented. Both of you. 👍👍❤️
