I just purchased my Hotel diffuser. I’m super excited! I can’t wait for it to arrive. I have three cats. I definitely go through air plug in scents throughout my home. Plus, I love candles. Again, I can’t wait to try it out.

DO NOT BUY THESE OVERPRICED DIFFUSERS! My tower diffuser stopped working 4 months (only a 90 day warranty) after purchasing. Custo 0:56 $299.98 for a replacement. Such a rip off.

Unfortunately, mine did stop working at about 7 months. The manufacturer need to look into this because I have read many comments with the same issue.

Did you clean it. You are supposed to clean every 3 months. With 99% alcohol. Fill it up like half the bottle. And run the diffuser for 15 minutes. Then throw away the alcohol
