Hotel Hallormsstadur in Egilsstadir, Iceland can be a good base for exploring the East Fjords in East Iceland and the famous waterfall, Hengifoss, and the waterfall circle. It is about a 50-minute drive from the charming town, Seydisfjordur (Seyðisfjörður).
I chose to stay at Hotel Hallormsstadur because I wanted to visit Hengifoss, Litlanesfoss, and the Waterfall Circle.
