Mutton - 1 kg
Coriander - 3 Tea spoon
Cumin 1 1/2 Tea spoon
Fennel Seed - 1 Tea spoon
Pepper - 2 Tea spoon
Red chillies - 5 count
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tbl spoon
Turmeric - 1 Tea spoon
Cinnamon - little bit
Bay leaf - 1
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Small Onion - 30 count
Cashews
Ghee
Sesame Oil
Salt

சென்னையிலுள்ள எல்லா ஸ்டார் ஓட்டல்லேயும் சாப்பிட்டிருக்கேன். சென்னை ஸீ ஷெல், அஞ்சப்பர், பொன்னுசாமி, ஜூ. குப்பண்ணா, மதுரை மெஸ், தலப்பாக்கெட்டி முதற்கொண்டு இவர்களில் சிலரின் சிங்கப்பூர் - மலேசியா பிராஞ்ச்ல எல்லாம் சாப்பிட்டிருக்கேன், உங்க ரெசி்ப்பி மாதிரி மட்டன் சுக்கா எங்கேயுமே சாப்பிட்டதில்லை. சிங்கப்பூர் அஞ்சப்பரில் சனி ஞாயிறுகளில் மான் கறி (venison) ப்ரை சுவையானது. ஆனாலும் ஜப்பான்காரன் மான்கறியை வேற மாதிரி சிறப்பாக சமைக்கிறான்.

Sorry if My guess is wrong 😊 once sukka is ready ask mom to heat a pan then add little bit oil then add curry leaves and onion in it then add the sukka u made it ( add the quantity that you are going to eat) then fry it well until it is dry.
