Hi Pauline, during our stay okay naman yung reception nila. The family suite room that we stayed in was clean and had a balcony, A/C was okay, though we were there February kaya malamig pa, we kept the balcony door open. Downside was the bathroom, we had a large bathroom but the water was either really hot or really cold no in between! There was something wrong with the controls. It's an old hotel but clean... our go to hotel in Baguio is either at the Forest Lodge in John Hay or G Lodge Hotel across SM. We booked Hotel Veniz in Burnham because it is right smack in the middle of the city, and there was 10 of us, so I got a good price for two large rooms... walking lang karamihan (Burnham, Night Tiangge, Palengke, etc.) Parking is so hard now in Baguio (and coding ako that time), just park your car and rent a cab, mas madali... Oh, there's free breakfast, dun sa Cafe nila near the entrance of the grocery and Mcdo... di masyado maganda yung area...but again, if you need large clean rooms and easy access to tourist spots...okay na din ang Hotel Veniz.... they have free parking also....hope this helps...just comment if you have other questions.

Hi Maris, honestly yan din yung iniisip ko nun before ako mag book...medyo maselan kasi ako pagdating sa cleanliness. But surprisingly the rooms that we stayed in were all really clean. If you'll look closely at the video, clean siya. A bit outdated but clean and big. Of course, you cannot compare their rooms to The Manor or The Forest Lodge (where we usually stay) or any 4-5 star hotels.. but still the Manor and Forest Lodge's rooms are also outdated/old. If you do continue to book at The Veniz and medyo do mo type yung pag clean, I guess, you have the right to ask for a new room or let them clean it again. Our room was at the 3rd and 5th floor. The good side about it the hotel is in the center, walking lang halis lahat. Goodluck!

@@marislopez5783 yun lang...their breakfast needs to be improved, utensils we used were clean naman...I remember the eggs were cold...breakfast area is in a "hole" between Mcdo and Grocery entrance, I think that's their coffee shop. Dati daw nasa 2nd or 3rd floor yung breakfast area.... you can ask them before you book if binalik nila doon... katatapos lang kasi ng quarantine/lockdown ulit ng Baguio when we went there.... everything is clean siguro dahil konti pa guests. You can speak with them first before you book para mawala ng konti yung mga concerns mo. Goodluck again.

When we drove up it was February... isang checkpoint lang... sa pagpasok mo lang ng Baguio proper...they'll just ask san ang punta and san hotel (if leisure trip). My cousin went to Baguio last week, same pa din, I think you still have to register at Visita Baguio, you get you QR Code from the hotel you will be staying in. If not Visita Baguio ang magbibigay if your hotel does not have a triage area. Baguio is in Alert Level 1 kaya vaccination cards ang kailangan. For more and better info...
