This incendiary instrumental comes from a very special and unique occasion -
In July 1987 a concert in memory of Hotfoot bass player, Declan McNelis, was held at the Olympic Ballroom, Dublin. McNelis had died a few months earlier following being assaulted after a gig the band played in Limerick.
Among those performing at the concert were his band, Hotfoot, Mary Black, Christy Moore, Freddie White, The Fleadh Cowboys, Philip Donnelly and The Red Peters Floating Dublin Blues Band. All produced outstanding performances on a special night.
