I had an aqualtis but a lower model that was 7kg capacity. Was relatively quiet for its time. Overall it was good but had one serious issue which I am not sure if it was unique to the 7kg one, the plastic paddles/fins inside the drum were not very securely clipped on and had corresponding plastic clips that clipped onto sharp metal tags sticking up on the drum, so clothes could get under them and snag on the metal tags, making holes. In a very hard water area the paddles/fins would go hrittle too even with using calgon and the plastic clips that clipped them onto the drum would snap off randomly during a wash. Luckily original replacements were relatively cheap and easy to come by but in 18 months the whole set of fins had to be replaced three times. When we moved I decided to just leave it for the next tenant (someone we knew) with a warning about the fins, think they kept it for a few months and then got sick of that issue so they bought something else. I thought this issue was unique to the Aqualtis but an LG machine I was considering when getting a new machine recently a few reviews said it had the same problem so I steered clear. I do wonder if this is why the 7kg aqualtis at least wasn't sold for very long and there never were many available second hand either?

There was a 2 second delay in the video and audio - I could tell it wasn’t synced 🤨. Great HD quality despite sync fault.

I'm after one of these. Looks very simple and straight forward. I never they did a steam wash. What exactly is that? We have very hard water here in Hull, Calgon/washing soda is a must.
