I have bought the 8kg one but the leg is a small one and the alignment to the top is not right. In this video you showed a longer leg but I was not able to fit it. Can you explain how it's to be fitted or is it a separate place where it is to be mounted ?

Thanks for the video. I have had this machine for 20 months and it has now stopped completely, having been going downhill for a couple of months. There is washing in the machine but I cannot get the door open to remove it. I have switched off the power - no change. I have checked the drain plug at front right - all clear - no change. I have tried the credit card against the lock but that didn't get it open. Please can you advise what other options I have. Many thanks for your anticipated help.

Questions: Is it quiet/noisy when washing? Spinning? If there is a power failure, does it reset and start again or pickup where it left off? And, does it clean well?

You could also explain how to use template on cupboards door and other staff like how to stabilizing the machine . Also quite few things come with it Feb bits of bobs and you could tell what they are and where to use for example latches how to fit them on. Can you explain more about staff come with machine. Very precise video. Could you please give any information on how to realign the magnet screwing block. I tried to hold the block with a screw at the bottom hole, instead of top. Now the block is secured but missing from the view and I am not finding any access point. Thak you.

DRY ONLY - I figured out that you need to select 11, 12 or 13. Absolutely ridiculous that it doesn’t tell you anywhere in the instructions.

One minute in you explain that there are feet to fit as there is nothing on it, but it already has adjustable feet. The fitting instructions are diabolical too. The machine itself is nice and quiet

Iv just bought this machine I’m disappointed the 30deg programme is only for half a load, but, the 20deg programme is a full load. The washing times are way too long i don’t believe its more economic to wash at a higher temperature and for longer! Also if were are trying to be green why not have a hot fill as well as a cold fill as pre global warming. Clothes are washed regular mostly for sweat three and half hrs its cost you in new clothes because they will look worn out.

My new machine is rubbish I can’t wash on the 30c 30mins cycle it doesn’t get rid of the soap I have tried everything i had three engineers to look at it they say nothing wrong it’s flooded the kitchen 4 times whirlpool/hotpoint don’t want to know so much for buying English goods

Four and a half hours to do a handful of washing is ridiculous , complete waste of money ! Too bad , I just swapped out a stoves machine because on spin it went walkabout so much that the door could not be fitted (made in Britain) apparently ? And am now destined to loose the rest of my life babysitting this thing just watching the sun disappear so now I have to use the tumble dryer (how very eco) ? Why can’t we just buy things that just do the bloody job ?
