Chadon Beni is a small leaf like plant. They grind the leaf to season meats and also use in pepper sauce and also add to other local finger foods. Also, the country is pronounced "To-bay-go not To-bar-go ....lol. Great Review 😊

I'm Trini! This sauce is delicious. You took a lot. Without anything. I've never done that. You took that like a champ. All it does to me at this point is make me a little sweaty. Not as bad as the first time lol
