@Mr.AlexKogan7 ай бұрын
Hey, thank you.! Donuts were great. For my workout I alternate push/pull days. 1. Chest 2. Back 3. Shoulders 4. Biceps triceps 5. Legs And abs a few times in between. Then again that depends how often I can make it to the gym. If O barely make it there then I try to do a few different things on one day. The truck is running great. Have a few minor hiccups with the DPF filter. Going to dealer next weekend. Regens frequently.
@alvinmann76757 ай бұрын
@Mr.AlexKogan Cool man. Yeah I figured if you do a 3 day a week work out it was maybe something like a bro split possibly . Been there with the dpf issue on our 2021 3500. I was getting constant regens almost every 100 miles. Finally the dpf went full and it wouldn't go into regen. The tech at the dealer did a manual regen on it to burn out the soot to get it to 0%. Only issue was we were in Tennessee heading back home to Texas pulling a load and he mentioned it might not regen once it fills again... at 60k miles I didn't want to but I had to and now after, the mpg is a ton better and no more def... but I'm not sure how strict dot is on that when getting inspected. Our truck is very quiet. Things that seemed to help the constant regens with ours, Hot Shot secrets extreme every 6k-10k miles but only helped for about 1k miles. The dpf is a known problem and not just with Ram. Our extended warranty only covered emissions up to 30k miles unfortunately. Even then... another dpf which is very expensive will only last what another 30k-50k miles. I'd like to know what they end up saying with your issue I'm curious.
@Mr.AlexKogan7 ай бұрын
@@alvinmann7675 I’d love to put my truck on a diet but it will cost $5-6k. Had my dpf replaced once around 20k miles. Worked good for a while and then started filling up more frequently. I’ve noticed aftermarket air filters will cause it to fill up quicker. I was using Wix from oreilly and it was filling up super fast and when a regen finished it would start filling up within 15 minutes again. Putting oem air filter and it seems better but still fills up when truck isn’t under a load. Just put in oem fuel filters, will see if that helps any bit still going in to the dealer.
@alvinmann76757 ай бұрын
@Mr.AlexKogan So also with the air filter, the last one I ran was one I ordered on rock auto not sure of the brand but wasn't mopar, but after 1k miles I was getting a Po56E code. I researched it and didn't find much, but on one forum, a guy said he went through the same thing, changed back to mopar Oem air filter, and code was gone. I switched back to oem mopar and boom, perfect, no code. These 5th gens are very, very picky with certain things. All I run now is OEM filters fuel, oil, and air. The 22 Ram I've heard needs the 19-21 computer for the diet. Didn't do mine for power, just reliability. The weight loss was relatively inexpensive compared to 4k to order a new dpf, but I didn't have to switch computers either. Hopefully, it goes well for you at the dealer, bud. Could just be the sensor that's bad that detects the percentage with the dpf and not the filter, but our filter was shot. If you get a chance, let me know how it goes at the dealer. I'm curious what they will say. Take care man good chatting with you👍
@Mr.AlexKogan7 ай бұрын
@@alvinmann7675 Yes the 22 rams need a computer from 19-21 unfortunately and that’s what makes it so expensive. I don’t want the extra power, just want to get rid of the dpf headache like you said. Yes theeee trucks are very sensitive when it comes to filters. Very strange. Guess I’ll see what the dealer says since my dpf is still under warranty. I’ll post an update when I find out. Be safe!

That's the only way i've ever secured a skid steer. Write down below where you place the hook. There is a hole that runs all the way through to the other side. You could secure it there as well
@Mr.AlexKogan7 ай бұрын
I figured there’s nothing wrong with using hooks if that’s how it was designed to be secured.
@Blue_Sky_Hotshots7 ай бұрын
I’ve used hooks just like that on a skid steer and threw a strap over the bucket too. Or, like Anthony said, I’ll chain through the tube and that holds the bucket down too. I don’t think I’d use only the tube/hole because that’s attached to the hydraulics and could pull loose. Correct me if I’m wrong but I didn’t think that was allowed as one of the main points of securement?
@Blue_Sky_Hotshots7 ай бұрын
Although looking at it again, this particular skid steer the hydraulics aren’t part of that and the tube is the frame, so I would think you could on this one.
