I love that they are all 30 secs long and that you have lots of different ones, having a break every minute and a half is helpful, and regenerating

I think it depends on what goal you have. If you wanna only build muscles then no, but if you wanna also be veeeery slim then i think yes (i'm not an expert and may be wrong so don't fully depend on what i wrote)

I’ve been doing this workout (4 weeks) and along with a whole playlist of her Pilate workouts for an hour. And let me just say that these workouts are very effective!! I do these everyday and my body has definitely gotten toner and my waist is definitely slimmer. By doing these Pilate videos, I was able to achieve an abs line in the middle of my stomach, which motivated and encouraged me to do these workouts even more! Everyday, the videos get easier and I promise y’all that these videos work!

I try to glow up during, holidays. starting date: 9 July (i started yesterday not today) want a thinner waist. day 1(at 4-5 pm):✅️ day2(00:27am):✅️ day3(00:30am):👍 feedback: was on vacation then git unmotivated starting again sadly but it did help my waist get a little but thinner even though i barely did 😅 im gonna start the new count in another comment since this one confuses me lol

@@wgflomlx I’ve been at it for almost two weeks, and I must say I’m seeing my stomach get smaller. I recommend you do this workout, and stay consistent for like a week, then from there you’ll get used to this workout, don’t expect results fast though, you have to work hard for the results you want

wonyoung stans really got me but now that I'm here i will write my journey here i do some other workouts too at the same time and this workout i will be doing on mondays, tuesdays, thursdays and fridays i'm probably going to do this atleast for month weight: 68.7kg wast: 72cm (measurement done on second day) started on 24th of march week one (started from thursday since I got sick on monday): day 1: had some breaks but was ok day 2: had some breaks and my stomach was hurting a lot from yesterday and from my ab workout i do from shirlyn week two: day 1: I definitely feel stronger but I couldnt do the whole workout because I did Pamela's intense ab workout after eating big mac (😭) and other Shirlyn workout day 2: I feel so much stronger than before! it has been more easy than before! day 3: day 4:

Doing this for 18 days (and hopefully onwards) Start: July 17, 2024, weight: 48 kg Day 1: Got confused how to do the others but still completed it (right waist and arm were sore the next day TT) Day 2: SInce right arm and waist were sore, it was painful to do some but still completed it Day 3: No soreness on my waist, right arm still does but over all I think I got used to it Day 4: Ima just put a check mark when I did it since I don’t have much to comment anymore - ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: Day 7; Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14: Day 15: Day 16: Day 17: Day 18: Overall result:

i’ll do this everyday and update my progress! day 1: no physical progress obv but i felt a burn. day 2: there’s definitely more defined muscles bc i’ve switched exercises multiple times, but it’s adding up.

I’m going to do this for two weeks and see the results :) Day 1-✅ Day 2-✅ Day 3-✅ Day 4-rest day Day 5-❌some guy came to fix the floors so I couldn’t workout :( Day 6-✅ Day 7-rest❤️ Day 8-✅ Day 9-✅ Day 10- Day 11- Day 12- Day 13- Day 14- I’m also doing April Han thigh gap workout but in the morning and a 4min thigh gap with thus !! I'm going to do a 5 WEEK challenge doing this video, because I want a slimmer waist and am trying to glowup and lose weight for the new school year. Starting weight: 67 kg Age: 16 Waist: 31 inches ADDITIONAL INFO: I am also doing 20 min of cardio with this workout each day, along with another 10 min workout, which adds up to 50 min of exercise. I am trying to eat smaller and healthier meals, and drink more water. This is also just for me to keep track of my progress. My weight before dieting was 55kg, I dieted for a while without doing the videos and I am now at 52.5 kg. My goal weight is 45 kg, so I’m going to try and reach that by dieting and using these videos :) Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ (my core was still burning from doing this the day before) Day 3: ❌ had to skip because I had an all day commitment Day 4: ✅ (I could really feel the burn again) Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ❌ I forgot 💀 Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ❌ Day 11: ✅ (could feel the excercises becoming easier!) At this point I had to take a week off because I caught a cold :) I will be continuing tho Started again now that I recovered! Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ (I used to have a lingering soreness in my abdomen area but now I could complete the workouts much easier!) Day 14 :✅ I am now at the point where I started to find the workout easy, and I definitely notice a change in my body! I’m really happy with the results from this, but I’m not going to stop just yet. To make things more challenging I’m going to move to a different workout plan now but if you’re a beginner, I highly recommend these excercises!

I'm going to start this video with two others as well and I'll tell you the results! 64.4 kg -> goal 50 kg Day 1 ✅️ Day 2 ✅️ (the aches are still there) 🥲 Day 3 ✅️ Day 4 rest Day 5 ✅️ Day 6 ✅️ (I'm much thinner at the waist) Day 7 ✅️ For this first week I lost 2.1 kilos, I didn't follow a strict diet, just drank a lot of water. i’ve been working out for a while now and i can say, workout even if you don’t feel like it. i promise you, you’ll feel refreshed and sooo much better knowing you worked out despite the fact you didn’t want to! obviously, there should be rest days; and if you feel VERY tired to the point you can’t move, rest ! but other than that, this has helped me stay consistent:)

Doing this every day for a week paired with the Rosie graham three minute workout !! Goal - slimmer waist and flag stomach Day 1- pretty good for someone who is just getting into working out!! Definitely felt the burn on some of these and did have to take a break before doing the plank twists!!
