This popped up in my feed around the end of 2019 which was an extremely difficult time in my life for me. On top of the awkward in-between phase of being a teenager but also an adult, I cut off several friends from my life. Working in the back of a shitty department store, they never looked out for us listening to music. So many shifts closing out with this... I'm not really sure if it helped me necessarily, but the fact that I can look back to such a low time and remember this mix fondly says something I think.

Ill never forget me and my girl were chilling and this mix randomly came on, and my girl, who was high af didnt trust the mix. BUT I TOLD HER ASS TO LET THEM COOK. And this mix proceeded to become constant background music for our home ❤ All of the transitions are beyond flawless and every song brings me such pure unfiltered joy this whole mix can only be described as one thing a fucking experience.
