Land of the concrete cows to land of the mad driving, Im sure all will be okay. Make sure youre there daily to stop any errors. Not everyone is as knowledgable on house building as those in the "civilised West". Keep us informed please Id like to watch.

Great progress Daniel, just funny when we saw your white dining room chairs, Rizza mentioned they true Pilipino chairs, we mean 90 degrees right up, to make it uncomfortable to your guest and the don't stay long, for dinner, i saw the 90 degrees right up chairs for the first time in my life in the Philippines, i think nowhere else you find straight right up, but slightly under an angle to make it more comfortable Was just a joke as long you guys good with it, nevertheless great progress especially your kitchen we love it. Just received this week the architectural, plumbing, electrical and foundation plans from the contractor so slowly we prepare ourselves for the challenge Look forward to your next vid

Quite why we had such a big table I dont know, only gets used at Xmas. I tried the chairs, theyre okay. God knows theres enough settees about for the odd visitor to doss around on. They gotta get past Max first! Two bits of advice.... make sure the payment terms have something held back until its finished for obvious reasons, and visit the site daily to stop any mistakes. Thanks for the regular comments.

@@danielthompson1289 thank you Daniel, good tips, our own architect from Namibia is going to oversee the build, our idea was, was let someone we know very well and we can trust do the supervision and we move 1 year later rather we been there and as marine engineer i have no clue about buildings so i guess it will be in good hands during the project ( time will tell)

@@danielthompson1289 we have great experience with our architect, she builded our house in Namibia as well while we were still in Dubai, we visited only once during the build and moved right in without a single point what needed attention, so i think the building crew will have a hard time as she and her husband are perfectionists

@@danielthompson1289 u don't want it opened. Lol but to help the smell and it to biodegrade here's a military trick. Add 4 cups active baking yeast. Go on lazada get the big bag of red star yeast. Add it threw the toilet. Pour it in. Let it sit for 30 mins then flush. It will smell like bread for a day or 2. But the yeast eats the piss and poop lol cleaning it. We did it when the pipes smelled bad in the army. It 100% works. Every time I moved here in the Philippines I do it and it cleans it and manages the ses pools.
