I really love this layout I would have loved something like this for the 5 bed roof deck model, especially the lower floor I love that the kitchen and dinning are separate

Awesome but unlike others cheering, let me try sharing my thoughts. please take it as opinion, not criticism. 1. rainy/snowy day, where do my shoes/boots/clothes go? 6 bedrooms are significant head count, needs dedicated area for clothes. Or similarly, let's say nice house warming with guests of 10+ and kids. again boots and shoes needs place not couch. 2. TV on stairs is asking for trouble from kids, drop/spill something and there goes my TV! if kids keep running up/down on stairs now my enjoyment on TV is interrupted. 3. seems pretty big space under stairs just closed/unused 4. dining area and kitchen are too far away, funny if one asks salt (goes to kitchen) need another spoon (goes to kitchen) oh and pepper (goes to...) 5. Restroom in the middle of Kitchen and dining room looks smelly. I say office becomes restroom, nothing needed between kitchen and dining room (maybe not even wall) 6. Bedroom looks into garage is probably office because that window is front facing. bedroom needs privacy and noise less noise 7. Finally, need access to roof top with safety! wonderful space at the top cheers :)

I was also thinking about those changes since I don't want a pool, I'll exchange the first bedroom with the kitchen so that it's opposite to the dining ,plus the extra storage under the stairs can be used as washing room or pantry

6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms... hmmm... i would rather cut 3 bathrooms... and use the space for something else (maybe a laundry room, nice walk in closet)... and a bedroom that has a window to the "garage" would not be my first choice... and also the kitchen should be right next to the dining area, no bath inbetween. But the fact that the kitchen and the dining is separated I really like. Also the master bedroom upstairs with the additional sitting opportunity is nice. direct connetion from the kitchen to the backyard is also perfect for bbq or similar.

Nice work, but don't forget to add a utility room - hot water heater, water softener, furnace (if needed), etc.

All is okay. But what about the staircase that'll take to the rooftop? Moreover what about the rooftop water drainage system?

It is only the interior and exterior design though. And about the rooftop? Is there any rooftop? Well the drainage is a small part of the design, maybe you should ask an engineer.

If the roofing is slab, maybe the drainages were place in every corner then through the use of PVC pipes going down to the ground drainages and to the main canal outside.

Its a beautiful property,the only problem I have is with its security, I would love a security fence infront of the house, if u have little kids they will be on the streets n that's dangerous,secondly anybody can make way to the swimming pool area so safety in this instance is zero,aside that it's a gorgeous building.i love it
