I’m think I need a bigger lot than 180 sqm for a 4 bedroom house. The previous 3 bedroom house is still stand out because of the wide frontage, which should be an important consideration pala. But very nice design pa din. 👏👏👏

Brilliant and genius ang pagkakadesign neto.. malinis tignan... I like the high ceiling concept "maaliwalas, sarap huminga" ung tipong ayaw mo ng lumabas ng bahay dahil sa sobrang ganda. Hope ma redesign and ma maximize to sa lote na me sukat na 14X10 meters...(LxW). Then reverse cya.. i mean ung firewall sa right ay nakapwesto sa left side,... lahat po including ung terrace.. Sana magawan nyo po ng vlog... Kudos to Arc. Allaine Manalac! Salamat po archi!

I also dont like too big houses. This one is so simple yet so decorated and Functional. I will be modifying the design a bit but the living space with high roof and the stair case is amazing

Hanggang pangarap nalang tayo kahit ubusin ko pera sa retirement ko balang araw di rin ka kasya maganda sa makapundar ng bahay na ganito bago mag retro, pero Hanggang panaginip nalang tayo may lupa na sana duon nalang tayo sa kaya lang talaga ng bulsa

Beautiful house design...i love the high ceiling living room giving a a huge living room impact..i like the bedrooms design as well. Cozy and space seems justifiable. Just some questions, are all open windows in the living room has an option to be closed or are they designed permanently open specially the one on top most part? If it has an option to close, how can it be access? Is there a way to reach it? Possible rain drops brought by strong wind during typhoon or birds/insects can possibly come inside if those windows has no option to be closed which could be a problem.

Hello! Windows in the living area are awning window. You can open/close them 😊 or i you prefer the windows on the upper part can be fixed/closed
