House Flipper 2 - Elevated Modern Beach House - Sandbox Mode - Speed Build and Tour!

Welcome back to House Flipper 2 on PC, in this gameplay video I'll be making an Elevated Modern Beach House using Sandbox Mode and a medium sized plot in the Crayfish Coast.
I really like this build and certain aspects have given me ideas for another build I want to try and make, I know the plot is rather large considering what I put into it but I wanted to give as much open island space as possible with a 360 degree view.
I wanted to give @ChaoticJelly a shout out for giving me the idea for a part of this build, it's only a small suggestion but it really makes one room look awesome in my opinion, if you wanna check out her builds her link is below!

I absolutely love this build, I think it's one of my favourites that you've made it reminds me of a lookout tower or something and I would love to take a little vacation here 😊😊 I'm also glad I could be of some help haha 🥰

You for sure have a lot of talent! Good work! This build makes me think of a peaceful hideout to forget about the problems and just relax with the sound of the sea ♥️ i dont know if it was on purpose or not but I dont think i saw the fridge hehe it would be important to keep the drinks cold in such a hot weather

Thank you so much! There is a fridge ^_^ but it's a counter fridge, it's on the end near the balcony doors. Can't go without an ice cold drink now!

Wow! 😍 A fantastic view! I love balconies that go around the whole house. You did it with love again, you can see that. You've thought of everything, I always forget something. Great work!

Thank you so much! I also like the idea of balconies that wrap a house especially one that's up in the air. I should have a physical checklist of everything that I put into builds but a lot of the time it's stored in my head so sometimes I can actually forget to put certain items in. ^_^
