Thank you! I used modular frames (it's in the DOORS section) and wooden railings from the workshop. I have already shown in the video how to build a balcony, starting precisely at 00:07:03

Attica mountable glass shower walls from Luxury DLC can be found in: DECORATION > STANDING DECORATION > FREE-STANDING WALLS.

You can't use the in-game pools for the apartments. You can use alternatives from Steam workshops (Mods) to create a pool.
