Ever wondered what it would be like to manage the remodel of a property? That's exactly what you do in House Flipper, except, you're also a one man crew. You do everything from painting, laying down tile, cleaning, installations, and demolition. With the main objectives being to fix and personalize your own home, fix houses in quests and buy houses to fix and sell. #HouseFlipper

This is such an underrated game. It gets better and better with each update. It's a shame KZfaqrs only play a couple episodes and don't touch the game again. I saw another commenter bring this point up.

Here’s an idea for the feather duster/mop it can get dirty and you need a water bucket to clean it and you sometimes needa switch the water which costs $5 and if it’s dirty it takes longer to clean

Great video, love HF...actually most kinds of building & other types of simulator games...one of my favorite games is Rival Stars Horse Racing, would love to see you do a series on that one...and the desktop Edition is coming to Steam June 14th. HF is my second favorite and then The Sims 4...when they come out with the Sims 5, I hope the graphics will look more like House Flipper and less cartooney the way it is now. I have dyslexia but i have overcome it with therapy, I understand how difficult it can be to read words i'm 15 and although im fluent in english, I have trouble speaking and reading as well. This is late and kind of off topic but I need an explanation: how is it that they "don't really have radiators anymore, only if you live in an older house". I'm from Eastern Europe and as far as I know everybody has radiators. How else do you heat your home if not through a radiator?

Radiators are not as common here as they are in Europe. In most houses in the US it’s standard to have a heating and air conditioning unit with ducts/vents that let warm or cold air into each room of the house. I guess it’s considered a “luxury” item over seas? Here at least, an HVAC system isn’t going to “break the bank”.
