House Flipper Farm DLC [2] - Build from scratch (full home build + roof and balcony + second floor)

I show you how to build from scratch on an empty plot. You see how to use the architect tool for inner and outer walls, how you quickly modify the walls with the tool and how you build multiple floors and change each floor separately.
Within this build i also make use of the grapple hook, build roofs, build stairs, change room layouts with and without the architect tool, use the drone, the new super fast tiling tool and lay floors on the balcony.

Is it possible to put furniture in a room with a pitched ceiling?, you are by the way a digital carpentry master, great work

Hello and sorry for the late reply. thank you for your comment! Generally you can put furniture in pitched ceiling rooms. it is just a shame we don't have velux windows that go in the pitched roof. would make it amazing!

Every time I try buildung the secound story it says I yet cannot do it... HOW can I do it? I done all the farm dlc jobs...

You need to unlock the ability with your perk points.

I have the Farm Flipper expansion pack and still do not have the option to expand my home. Where and how did you get that function?

you have to finish all the jobs that come with the pack. you unlock all the new skills in the jobs.

Is the pyramid hip roof the only roof there is?

How do you use the drone

After you unlock it in the first Farm DLC job, you pull it out by using the tool wheel and pressing Q to change sides of the wheel, now you see all the new tools, just select the drone and at the right bottom of the screen it tells you how to operate he drone. I think you left click to rise up and left click to go down, steer with WASD and go fast with SHIFT.
