Thank you for making this game. As someone who grew up playing video games. Working full time while being a new dad is time consuming. I also found myself doing general maintenance and contracting as a career. This game combines not only one of my favourite hobbies but my passionate career all into one little package I can dig away at from time to time. 10/10

Great game and I’m so glad it’s out. One suggestion I have for gameplay is a freeplay mode. You get dumped on an empty plot of land and have infinite money to just do whatever you want. I think it would be really great!

I hope this game is good! One immediate problem seems to be that you can't change much about the outside of the house. It looked like he bought and sold the exact same place at the end and beginning of the video. Hopefully you can paint houses and stuff too!

Hopefully I get my save file back since this "Friends" update came out.....I bought a mansion that took 3 days to renovate, and it's gone now. My love for this game is the only thing keeping it on my pc...I am very excited for the next two DLC's coming out.

I seriously cannot wait for this to come to Xbox! I have been watching lots of youtubers play this and I really want to try this for myself. You wouldn’t of thought such a simple idea like cleaning a house would turn into such a fun game! Cannot wait!!

Vorweg muss ich sagen, das Spiel ist das geilste das ich seit langem gespielt habe. Es macht soooo viel Spaß es zu Spielen und beflügelt einen richtig Kreativ zu werden. Um diesen Spaßfaktor zu erhalten oder gar zu steigern, hätte ich ein paar Vorschläge. Sollte einiges davon ins Spiel finden (und das muss keinesfalls Kostenlos sein (DLC)) wäre das das Top-Spiel der letzten Jahre für mich. Simulatoren gibt es ja wie Sand am Meer aber dieser hier spricht den Heimwerker in uns an und fördert die Kreativität und Ideen die in uns allen steckt. Folgende Funktionen wären Cool: 1. Ein Texteditor im Tablet mit dem Ich Texte an die Wand schreiben kann wie so eine Art Wand-Tattoo 2. Es sollte möglich sein Transparente PNG oder gif/png-Bilder zu verwenden (auch wegen Tattoo-Effekt - Transparents) 3. Die Bilderrahmen die man auswählen kann zum Ausstellen, sollten mit eigenen Bildern/Fotos bestückt werden können. 4. Die Schreibtafel für die Wand sollte auch mit einem Texteditor beschriftet werden können. 5. Es sollte Moddern erlaubt/ermöglicht werden können zusätzlichen Content beizutragen (Möbel, Pflanzen etc.) 6. Ein Hausbau-Editor zum eigenen Bau von Häusern wäre nicht schlecht. 7. Fenster sollten Austauschbar sein. In Europa haben wir Bsp. andere Fenster. 8. Treppen sollten frei einbaubar sein. 9. Eigene Wand/Boden-Fliesen und Wand-Texturen sollten erstellbar und einfügbar sein. 10. Eventuell wäre es schön, wenn man auch in der Nachbarschaft rumlaufen könnte. 11. Ein paar zufällig umherlaufende KI`s würde das Ganze noch etwas lebhafter machen. 12. Das Grundstück und der Gartenbereich sollten Editierbar sein (Pool einbauen, Bäume pflanzen, Gehwege setzen, Briefkasten etc.) 13. Man hat Heizkörper aber keine Heizungen? Es sollte Heizungsanlagen geben Bsp. Öl, Gas, Solar. 14. Aktuell gekaufte Artikel (Farbe, Möbel, Fliesen etc.) sollten in einer extra Liste einsehbar sein (eventuell für Gesamtkostenabrechnung) und das wenn man sich den Namen nicht gemerkt hat wieder das gleiche schneller findet. 15. Anlegen von Ordnern oder Tabs im Tablet sollte möglich sein. 16. Fähigkeiten Ausbau: - ganze Räume sollte für Profis sofort komplett gestrichen werden können. 17. Das Verhandeln um den Preis sollte auch mit den anderen Interessenten noch möglich sein nicht nur mit dem letzten. 18. Eventuell könnte man eine Verkaufsanzeige schalten und Angebote per Mail erhalten. 19. Im Spiel (Aufträge) sieht man Autos und Fahrräder, Reifen etc. Warum kann ich das nicht für mein Büro erwerben? 20. Alle Anschlüsse für Wasser, Strom, Dusche, Waschmaschine, Badewanne, Klo, Waschbecken etc. sollten frei verlegbar sein. dadurch können die Häuser besser Umgebaut und mit neuen Ideen gestaltet werden. 21. Eventuell wären Rollo-Kästen nicht schlecht die man auf und zu machen kann. (Anbringung Außen!?) 22. Einbau, Renovierung, Pflege(Reinigung) eines Kamins (Schlot) benötigt für innen-Kamin oder Heizung. 23. Erstellung eigener Aufträge (Haus mit Verschmutzung etc.) dass man dann anderen Usern zur Verfügung stellen kann. 24. Ein Verkaufs-Schild vor dem Haus mit FREI wählbarem Preis oder Text wäre schön. So, das ist eine ganze Menge was mir persönlich eingefallen ist. Und wie bereits erwähnt, würde ich auch für kommende DLC zahlen. Ihr solltet aber auch auf keinen Fall die Modder-Szene vernachlässigen den die können ein Spiel nochmals besonders puschen und bereichern. Über ein Feedback meiner Liste würde ich mich sehr freuen und natürlich was andere darüber Denken. Ein klasse Spiel, macht weiter so. Aber bitte macht auch weiter…………

is there some way to fix the assemble bug? replacing wall outlets sometimes will stop taking input when moving the wires and do the "shock" animation, only thing i can do is restart the whole house

Hello dear developer of this pretty good game. When should we wait for updates? For there is not enough interior, it's too small (like a cat wept), there is not enough wallpaper, there are not enough flooring floors (Floor coverings), and there are no linoleums, although they fit well with the overall design. There are not enough colors, as for me - very few types of furniture and its color options, as well as colors of colors. Few decorations for rooms, namely: All possible carpets, children's toys, various equipment (different models of computers, speakers, monitors, etc.) Why can not objects be placed on furniture and in cabinets? little interactive. Very few plants for furnishing rooms, paintings, sconces, chandeliers ... Why can not the colors of ceilings and their design be changed? I would like some ceilings with patterns. Also from the outside of the house: Why are there few panels for exterior decoration of the house? this limits the player in action, his imagination and designer's vision. The same problem with tiles. Why you can not interact with the same blinds and curtains (so that there are animations of closing and opening).
