We had an amazing rainstorm today that we needed for a long time. We played in it and enjoyed it as long as we could until the ground started rising with water and would not stop. It kept going until it eventually flooded our house. We had water surrounding the whole backyard. There were easily 3 to 4 inches of water. It came all the way up to the doors and came in the window to the basement.
