Definitely the first house - I liked the flow of the kitchen and also that the kitchen is close while the kids are playing in the backyard. I could just see the little ones running in and out if you needed to be cooking dinner, and I also liked the way the island was placed in the first house, plus the backyard in the first house had good flow! Number one for sure!

I think you have to remember that since you have a small child, you run the risk of his falling down the stairs. I think the first house is better and maybe safer. The 2nd house upstairs seemed more open. It seems the baby could fall more easily.

My son and I both really like the first one. The backyard was amazing and the boys would love that. Plus the kitchen was so nice. The second one we liked the little space upstairs and the hides spot. But the first one the backyard would be awesome

Both homes looked incredible to me!😍The 1st house looked more decorative & artistic almost. The lighting was beautiful there - maybe because of the big windows near the garden. That garden was also lovely, cute & playful 🥰. Now that I think of it... it REALLY reminds me of a garden in the movie 'The Little Prince' of a house that's very artistic next to a super modern house, both located in a pretty organised & modern neighborhood. The garden is so very similar - the vibe, the look... It's beautiful. The second house had a more serene look with all that beautiful white & looked way more spacious. It looked like all of you immediately liked that one a lot. They were both really beautiful though! I wouldn't know what to choose right away haha. Good luck 2 you family! 🏡💖✨

The garden of the first house was very nice for the children, but it seemed a little old to me. The appearance of the 2nd house looked better than the appearance of the 1st house. Also, that little hiding area was nice too. But the stairs can be a bit of a problem. Be sure to state that you want the houses to be looked at from now on to have a garden and that you want the house to be spacious, stylish and in a more modern style. God bless you all 😊

Hello beautiful humble family and with one of cutest the kids! 😇 The 2nd house is gorgeously neat and spacious only the cleaning makes the hardest part😅 and I didn't see the backyard hope they got a nice one that makes it perfect.. the fact that the first 1 has wide backyard for kids is awesome coz you can have lots of fun and have some plantitas for a healthy greeny fresh air ambiance that you all guys really need. Although house seems oldy and alot of renovation probably to make or maybe just a little retouch of white can make it possible to choose. And consider checking neighbors as well.😊

The second house was nicer, in my opinion, because it had a huge open area and looks like a great place where your boys will grow ❤😊

I love the first house. It was so much more greenery coming in from the backyard and lush. I would seriously start looking for a single-story ranch style home instead of two-story. That’s just me 😅

Consider the age of the houses, and ask questions about structure integrity, especially living in Cali! Also ask about what kind of plumbing pipes there are throughout the house. LikeD house 1. Noticed a crack in the backyard. Ask if it's a surface crack or does it go deeper.

I absolutely love Both.But it kind of worries me.Since it is a rent or house all the insulation in there you would have to add walls. For the kids to play in there and that was the heidi hold that they seemed to like. As for the first house it seemed like everybody loved it❤❤❤❤

When the boys go up.help them( teach them) to go up,holding the railings. BUT while coming down,- teach them to come crawling down, with face down,on the carpet( stairs). That will be fast,quicker and safe till- they r- a liitle older and r- comfortable,without parents helping. 🥰
