If it sells you might get the buyers to let you stay in house a while. My son and his wife closed on a home in May and let the people stay until Labor Day weekend. It was the only way they could get the house. It depends on how badly they want the house and their situation.

Nope!! Can’t really pick out a house until we lock in an offer because you just don’t know how fast or long it will take to sell. Now you can understand why I’m stressed. 😊
