House deals with an annoying itch he cannot seem to scratch, with Wilson making his own analogies about the problem. This itch gets explosive.

Season 5 Episode 7 "The Itch"
An agoraphobic man (Todd Louiso) falls ill and refuses to leave his home to be treated at the hospital. Therefore, House and the team go to his home to figure out what might be wrong. Cameron takes charge of the case as she had treated the patient in the past and she and the team figure out ways to treat him at his home. However, the patient's condition worsens and it becomes difficult to treat him at his home. House and the team plan to get the man into the hospital for surgery without causing any problems. Meanwhile, Cameron and Chase attempt to work through issues in their relationship.

I run into him at Apple Store in Fashion Valley San Diego of all places and shook his hand and told him what a wonderful actor he was. He smiled and thanked me. I swear, he said I and another lady were the only ones who recognized him and thanked me again for not taking loud or making it a big deal. Picked up my fixed iPhone that I left earlier and left without looking back or asking for an autograph.

Yep. If you pause the video at 6:09 then use the . key on your keyboard you can step it forward one frame at a time. As soon as the video timer hits 6:10 it just takes 15 button presses until you see him. Then he's gone with one press.

That's a frame from the end scene of the agoraphobe (who was the patient of the week) walking out of his apartment. That scene appears at the same time House is going towards Cuddy's home to contrast House, he's attempting to change and trying what he's uncomfortable with, while House in the end decides to not talk to Cuddy. They ended up cutting out the Agoraphobes scenes, but must have a missed a single frame in their editing software, hence his face appearing for a fraction of a second.

I like imagining what other characters' final reactions would be in a similar situation as House when he realizes the gas and stove are left on. Wilson: *neutral face but slowly widening eyes as the camera zooms in* Cuddy: *hands on her hips and giving an incredulous little scoff, knowing somehow House was involved* Chase, Foreman and Cameron: *quickly try diagnosing the most likely trajectory of the explosion, the time that will elapse before the entire house is engulfed in flame and thus putting neighboring houses at risk as well as experimental means in which they could try turning the stove off even though they don't have time for an MRI* Taub: *Wilhelm Scream*

Its some dude. I slowed the video, and paused it and its a guy, standing there. Don't recognize him though. I came to the comment section hoping someone would be able to shine a light on it. There's been at least 5 other posts where people point out the same thing, but nobody knows wtf it is. Possible recording error, if the person clipped this together on their own, or, its an error in the stream, because I'm pretty sure the episode is streamed, as there is no NBC, or ABC, or FOX (I know it was on NBC the names are just examples) watermark in the bottom right/left of the screen.
