Almost 25% it's expenditure to uplift a house, suppose it's 50 Lakh cost house then approx 12 to 15 Lakh will be for house uplifting. Sometime depends upon flooring cost bcs some ppl put marble granite etc that You know 500 to unlimited cost per square feet. Then definitely cost will be increased..

ഒരു 25 lakhsൻ്റെ വീട് പൊളിച്ചു പുതിയത് വക്കാൻ 30 lakhs ആവും. പക്ഷേ ഒരു 5-10 ലക്ഷം കൊണ്ട് വീട് പൊക്കാൻ പറ്റും.

അതും ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റും. Railings ഉണ്ടാക്കി നീക്കാൻ പറ്റും. അതിനു മുൻപ് പുതിയ ബെൽറ്റ് concrete ചെയ്യും. അതിൻ്റെ അടിയിൽ railings varum. പിന്നെ move ചെയ്യും. ഇഞ്ച് by ഇഞ്ച്.

അത് പാടാണ്. നമുക്ക് ബെൽറ്റ് വേണമല്ലോ. അല്ലാതെ വെയിറ്റ് സെറ്റ് ആവില്ല. പിന്നെ ഒരു പരിപാടി ഓരോ മൂലയിലും piller ചെയ്തു കോൺക്രീറ്റ് ചെയ്യാം എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു. പക്ഷേ വിദഗ്ദ അഭിപ്രായം തിരക്കണം.
