I'm team black but KINDA feel sorry for Aegon and feel absolutely awful for Sunfyre. Sure, Aegon is a piece of sh!t but he didnt want to be king AT ALL & wasnt "groomed" to rule (like Rhaenyra was) but they put him on the throne anyway....and now they're all turning against him because he's useless at a job he didnt want in the 1st place....and wasnt prepared for! And poor Sunfyre thought they were merely going out for a joyride and Aegon puts him in a battle that neither are trained for, no battle experience at all. AND Aegon was half cut....Sunfyre didnt have a hope in hell....but the good boi broke a near fall and broke an actual fall for his rider as best he could 🫶

She had the most experience and a syper strong bond with her dragon.our queen went out like champs. And aegon has problems but you realize he knows none of his family carre or respecta him and he's lost any hope of control. Poor sunfyre is a pup and didnt deseeve that. Didnt know what he was doing. Why would the conflict be over with Aegon's death? We have other sons right? Viserys doomed his family the moment he made Rhyneara his heir. Aegon's "dream" has nothing to do with anything. He first thought his son was "the one". He then made a decision that resulted in Emma's death. He got that son, but he died too. Seeking redemption, he decides his daughter is "the one". He allows himself to die a slow death, while drinking Milk of the Poppy, and playing with legos. He does muster the energy to marry a young girl and crank out babies that he shows no love. Rhyneara has no love for her siblings because: I alone must unite the Seven Kingdoms yadda yadda. Nobody cares, they are not ready for woman to rule. This is what matters.
