Such great content! Very interesting and can be very educational. You guys should do a whole video on costs. My boyfriend and I also started investing in real estate in Arizona, so it’s amazing to see another couple involved with investing, remodels, and real estate.

Good luck. It's a great location and the reno/build market is crazy here right now. Especially our neighborhood, which can command a premium. You could have considered private investors for the split lot houses, but next time. Couple year investment, during this market, in a premium location like that, plenty of people would be interested in parking cash.
