Being exposed as a murderer is pretty much guaranteed when you're doing murder sprees, however high intrigue you are. There's an advantage doing murders first while staying small, is that you don't have a large court or powerful vassals whom might dislike you for being a murderer and plot against you. Conversely, you have to be careful with murdering your liege's family, because although they can't revoke your titles, they can attempt to imprison you and possibly execute you. The reason why Lannister LP is so easy to kill precisely is because they'll have courtiers and vassals who hate them as they tank the short reign penalty. If I were you I'd focus killing that line until a non-Lannister takes the throne before working on other branches of their family tree. Do note that smaller rulers will be harder to murder no mater what, unless they have bad traits. Another thing to consider is the speed of your murder literally cannot catch up to the breeding rate of the Lannisters. If I were you, I'd focus on my 2nd hostile scheme slot on breeding age males who are likely to father more Lannister boys. Remember, the females usually don't give birth to another Lannister, so they'd take less priority.
