- Want to write a song for the dead Starks?
This is... by far the longest video I've ever done and I'm so so proud of it. After 7 minutes. Months worth of editing, trying to find inspiration and motivation to finish. And over 6 hours in rendering time, here we are...
The Starks have been my favorite aspect of Game of Thrones since the beginning and I haven't been able to properly edit them until now. So I hope you enjoy as much as I do. :')
There are over 1200+ words in voiceovers, so subtitles might take a while to upload but they will be, don't worry! :')

The parallels of Sansa with Ned, Cat, Robb is amazing. Also so many feels. You did an amazing job with the editing and showing what the North and Starks are about.

This video perfectly embodies why I hate that the remaining Stark children were separated at the end. The lone wolf dies, but the pack survives. I thought they'd learned that lesson, and yet... nope. This video is beautiful, really emotional. All the parallels and voiceovers are amazing, but the dead ones being transparent ghosts at the end hurt the most. Also, thank you so much for having Theon in this video, an honorary Stark. Brienne deserved her moment to shine for her loyalty as well.

They had survived the winter and won the game of thrones. Each was in control of their own power base: Bran in the South, Sansa the North, Jon beyond the wall (and Arya as the wild card); so they could and would continue to look out for each other. They could all potentially start families of their own.

So, I am not only crying, but I am basically sobbing. I am emotionally compromised. The voiceovers over one another, mirroring each other, the scenes mirroring each other... there's more love and care in this edit than D&D put into the entire last season. I am in awe.

Starks, the true kings and queens. Jon the king beyond the wall, Bran the king of the seven kingdoms, Sansa the queen of the north, and Arya the queen of the land. The family that didn’t really want to wear crown, but wanted to protect people to do right by them and were the best to rule selflessly. One of the few noble houses that had true honor, that respected a loved even those beneath them and inspired love and trust and respect from them. Not just out of fear but because people knew the Starks weren’t looking for a battle or glory they were just looking out for what’s best for everyone

Lauren, this is incredible! I’m a fan of all your videos, but those about the Game of Thrones, especially the Stark family .... I have no words! You feel and understand their relationship so subtly. Many people may be able gain the skill in creating videos, but not everyone can express feelings as accurately as you do. Moreover, all your videos are different from each other. I don't know how you do it, but it's amazing. You are very talented. I will look forward to your creations about GoT, Stark family and Jonsa (the way you show them always makes me speechless). THE FUCKING GHOST EFFECTS ON THOSE SCENES AT THE END?!?!?!?!? holy hell... this is, by far, hands down and without a shadow of a doubt THE BEST tribute to House Stark that I've ever seen. This encompasses every bit of what makes this family and these characters the backbone and the heart of the series. This is why so many of us stuck with the show to the bitter end, why we came back season after season, death after death... just to see these beautiful characters endure and carry on and conquer everything that rose up against them. I love you for this video, I love this video so much. Thank you so much for this this is utterly stunning and deeply moving and beautiful! You should feel very, very proud of this masterpiece.

This video is almost one year old now but I still watch it almost every day. It's my favorite video of GoT, and every time I watch this it is always able to make me cry. I was never that attached to fictional characters until I found the Starks and since then nothing was the same. They deserved better, they deserved to be a family and to be happy in their own home but that was taken from them. This video is so amazing because it shows how honorable and loyal the Starks and the North was. And your scenes! Lauren, how you made Sansa speak with Ned's voice over it and Ned, Catelyn, Robb and Rickon as ghosts gives me chills everytime. This song was such a good choice too, it makes the video even more emotional. I don't know if you will ever make another video about House Stark but if you do I already know that I will love it! 🥺🖤
