Hey Chrissy, my husband and I were so excited when we were at this stage. We were in Ft Lauderdale at the time, so our realtors went by regularly and sent videos and pictures. We built a home in Clermont, close to Orlando. Beautiful home in a gated community. It's a blessing. We're Jamaicans too. I'm happy for you guys.

From buying the property to materials and watching the building taking off ,from foundation to block hight belting to decking. Currently in the building process in Orlando as well. Started back in February, house was supposed to be ready August but due to delays pushed out to September. As you get closer to closing it seems like there are delays, inspections that need to be ran, material delays etc. however it’s still an exciting time. Wishing you guys all the best.
