There is a big difference between being bashed and being criticized. She is a presenter, viewers or people are expecting a lot from her. She has the personality to be a good presenter but she lacks knowledge and background which is the main focus why she was there in the first place. To tell the people about the house and thoroughly explain its details etc. it seems that she’s a bit unsure and uncertain to the things that she’s been saying. It defeats the marketing aspects of the content though buti na lang maganda ang bahay. Yun lang, knowledge and background para magkaroon mg conviction sa sinasabi sa video.

Nakakatuwa magtour yung host. Happy happy lang. Smile and laughter are your trademark. Good job! Maganda din yung nag Tatagalog ka to be understood by everyone. Siguro advice lang po, huwag ka po mag heels whenever doing a house tour para di ka po masyado mahirapan gumala. Yun lang. 😊😊🏡

eto maganda na house tour video, kasi liban sa actual location, pinapakita nila ang floor plan, which is more helpful sa mga viewer kasi mas naiimagine nila ang ayos at laki ng bahay. medyo kabado lang si ate mag house tour pero im sure mag iimproved din sya.

Ang good & cool vibe nyo po mag-tour which should be lalo na kapag house tour. It's like you are blessing the houses with energy and aura as you carry them with you, dala dala mo sila and it is not them that attract you but you attract them to be always with you. And unique ang hosting style I must say, walang ginagaya. May originality. Kudos! 👍👍

I am really inlove with this house and the design, everything, interior and exterior look, except the pool.. Mas gusto ko pang maging garden nalang, para di magastos sa kuryente and tubig.. but over all, super makailang ulit ng pinanood.. 🤣🤣🤣

Nice house, medyo nakulangan lang ako sa entrance door dapat malapad dagdag wow effect at madali mag pasok ng malalaking furniture at appliances. C ate okay naman masayahin😁😁😁

Suggestion lang sa cameraman... Kung anong itinuturo ni ate, baka pwede itutok dun ang camera para makita, or gawan ng b-shots for another angle. You dont always need the presenter in-frame. Suggestion lang po.

Nice concept... but need to know all, kailangan ang master bedroom ay nasa harapan mismo ng bahay, hindi sa likod. Yung may'ari ang responsable sa kanilang tahanan, dapat sila mismo ang unang nakakadungaw sa bintana kung sino ang papasok at lalabas ng kanilang tahanan..

They are called transparent windows. Transparent windows are great during the day but are night which the lights are greater from the inside and can make privacy at night non existing.

depende na lang siguro sa buyer pero personally I'd say masyadong casual yung nagp present. parang naging house tour rather than presentation for potential buyers. saka parang hinihingal po si maam? maybe yung heels? room for improvement din sa camera person na wag po sana habulin yung nagp present, yung property sana ipakita, sayang naman effort ang ganda ng property. no hate po, comment lang as a nakikinood, mga napansin kong pwede i improve ng channel from watching other channel. god bless.
