Nice house but the rooms are small, even the master bedroom is small. The only thing big is the price of the property.

More like a courtyard. Spanish design definitely. It’s nice to see a more traditionally designed home. I don’t care for the “modern” home with gigantic bedrooms with no yard because of the small lot it sits on. Too bad there’s no balcony in each bedroom. The courtyard is too small. The yard needs some serious landscaping, but it’s doable.

It is a big lot, ergo the asking price. That’s why it’s better to buy a vacant lot and build to your specs, needs and likes.
