I can't deny na ang ganda ng exterior ng house! ❤️ Sa front door palang! Gusto ko na yung vibes! But the inside, it needs an upgrade on the interior. Mas lalong gaganda once ma-interior designs yung loob. And also decluttering is a must! Minimalist is more trendy nowadays. 👊

The facade of the house itself is very modern. And if I’m gonna buy this, i would like to make this home as a Modern Minimalist House. Coz i really love the vibe and ambience of this home. So cozy and relaxing feels like you’re on a vacation at your own home. 😍💖

Grabe ang ganda ng bahay na ‘to. Umpisa pa lang talaga namang hindi pwedeng hindi mo tatapusin hanggang dulo. Kakaiba yung pagkakagawa at talaga namang pinag isipang mabuti ng gumawa. Napakaganda. ❤️❤️❤️

Yeah this one definitely felt rushed... I was still admiring all the materials used on the outside when AG didn’t take the time to talk about the wall cladding and went on in... 🤗 Still a Great Job though and the house is nice with the bathrooms being the only major letdown. Thank You AV Properties!

Why sell the house? May nakatira na tama ba? Seems like bago pa sya pero binebenta na. My fave part of the house pala is the roof deck. So spacious. Free na venue pag may party👌🏼

well made and no glaring issues. however, quite overbuilt for a small lot in the city. design more suitable for locations like laguna, batangas, cavite. not a fan of the glossy floor tiles especially that iis also reused in the master bedroom!

38M is too much. Lack of interior design, not so good quality features/hardware. The only thing I like about this house is the roof deck and that's all.
