Күн бұрынAnna Page, Founder of The Page Edit, is a content creator and influencer living on the Upper East Side of New York City. Two years ago she and her husband Nathan, and their pup Banks, named after George Banks from "Father of the Bride," moved from Atlanta to Manhattan. After living in the Financial District for a year they found their dream pre-war Park Avenue apartment during the pandemic. They spent a few months renovating their two-bedroom rental and the results are jaw-dropping! It's chic, cozy and wonderfully charming.

@@GLAMEVENTSTYLIST her style does have elements of Grandmillenial but it to me, it leans more "classic with a glam and elegant" slant. Old world sophistication with a bit of contemporary mixed in. I love her style. No matter your style, anyone can learn from Anna. She's got a great eye for design and color.

I came here for Banks (World's Cutest Permanent Puppy), but was pleasantly surprised by the décor. What this woman has done to her Park Avenue apartment is amazing! It's like her décor screams fun elderly aunt who will take you for High Tea @ the Four Seasons and afterwards she will treat you to a nice bauble from Tiffany's.

I'm always astonished as to how much work New Yorkers put into their apartments, especially when it seems like they move every time their lease is up. I'm just now thinking about redoing my bedroom in a house I've owned for nearly 22 years. LOL So, to go to the trouble of painting, putting up those terrific character adding pieces to the wall, install a chandelier, and to put the time into that peel and stick floor for a place I don't own and to have to undo it all before I move out just blows my mind.

@@esranuryalcin5032 yes..I was the same. The most I would have done is paint the walls and bought decoratives. The effort of changing lights, putting decorative mouldings, retiling is a very admirable effort. I love her design sensibility! Perhaps they are planning to stay long.

I really always love the balance of classic Southern mixed with contemporary decor, and sort of stumble on how to mix the two without turning it into a meemaw parlor. Anna's style has a comfortable elegance, and it made me follow both her on IG as well as subscribing to your channel. It was sad to hear about her dad's passing. Being close to my dad, I can only imagine her sadness. I hope Anna continues to find comfort when she looks at the chandelier knowing part of her dad's love shines in her living room.

If the building is old and already has molding in other spaces what is the point of putting up “rental friendly” molding? It’s such a pain to put up and it’s inherently improving the value of the apartment. If/when you move, I would just leave it up. What is the landlord gonna do-penalize you for making the place look more beautiful?? As an nyc native I can tell u.... leave that molding up!! It’s beautiful and worth whatever minor deductions from a security deposit, which would only ever occur with THE pettiest of landlords. Also for what it’s worth I have been following this woman’s IG account for Inspo and just spent a whole weekend doing all new molding in my rental too hahaha. It’s cool to see / learn more about the apartment in a video, looks great!

From an owners perspective: a good basic wallpaper that lasts 4-5 paint jobs adds value. A stick on wall molding that comes off and leaves the wallpaper damaged and torn brings renovation costs for a team of skilled professionals to remove the damaged wallpaper, put a new one up. Plus this is about a week where you can't rent it out. Again with the stick and peel floor. If it leaves the tiles so damaged with glue that you have to redo the whole tile flooring...well... you can understand why owners might not like it. That being said, it looks great and she really did a stunning job with the reno! Very cozy chique vibes and great taste!

@@tiffytattoo2450 i have seen some of that "moulding" held by command strip and stick and peel tiling that came off without damaging the tiles but then the glue was an absolute pain to clean off ... tbh i wouldn't go that far so personalise a rental; i tend to maybe repaint the wall but the same colour and just add some pictures... in London rental contracts tend to be a year so we move a lot... i've been in my current place two years and that's quite a long time

I put a peel and stick B&W in my entrance way 21 years ago, 12 years ago I put in an expensive B&W tile in my kitchen that needs to be redone. The peel and stick still holds up. Your apartment is beautiful and I also live in a 115 year old building on the Upper West side.
