Lovely house. Not sure where this 'thatch is cool in summer and warm in winter' thing comes from. A lot of people say that. I Love thatch in summer, it's nice and cool. But in winter it's 🥶🥶🥶. But can't beat the rustic quality it gives. Congratulations.

Living in Zambia, we can attest that it is very safe. After being here almost a decade as a white person we have never been the victim of any crime
