Um this house already looks so so good and ofc the choices of everything are superb i just cant wait for you to decorate it and add more personal touches to just enhance this absolute beauty (prsnl opinion u shoukd really move we all would love to see you decorate the house and ofc videos from a new place but i do understand how hard it would be to make this decision since its hard to just pack everything you put up with love and move to a new place)

Hey Peekapoo, it would have (and still could) be a great choice to put all money you have for the down/principal instead of splitting into multiple properties considering interests you pay are high. You can also buy a detached property instead of a town since you have more down.

You know what you can transform this house's basement into 2nd rental apartment for couples or students. It's quite spacious. Yes, it needs some work but you can. I believe. @@pvatsal99 you are missing the point. No one is bothered if you get money from your parents. If you claim to have a luxury lifestyle with Saransh' s salary, it gives a false image to others. It's difficult to maintain such a lifestyle with a single income source. Had they been a little transparent about their finances, no one would have bothered. The way they gaslighted their viewers when they got negative reviews, it was pathetic.

That is what I was thinking too. One day she was saying grocery prices have gone up and we are planning to leave the place and now she has another house. We have no issues with ur new house, but atleast don't fool the followers. She turned out to be that fellow who says I haven't studied before exam, later becomes the topper. Don't fool people.

I came to her page after a very very very long time and the last one was that video where she talks about rising living expenses, thinking about moving to Calgary etc. I couldn't relate back then too because she was crying about all of this but getting groceries from Farmboy and Loblaws 💀 and now I stumbled upon this, it's only making me dislike her content more. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Absolutely love the layout! Huge rooms and closets for a townhouse! I am not certain if the area works for your family; if it does, I would not blame you and your husband if you consider moving into that house! Loved the huge outdoor porch area, and ...well I loved it all!

Nice house and tour! I will say this, you're current Oakville home is way better as this house only has one window from the front door and you'll only get the sun from one direction. The kitchen being new is smaller compared to the one you have as it's L shaped vs U shaped. Also not having a backyard is really good as there is too much gardening you need to do, so better to stay where you are and rent this place!!! Oakville home is much much better!
