Wow idol ang Ganda naman! Mga OFW ren kami sa NJ, USA May napatayo kami apartment sa West Calaguiman, Samal Bataan an hr away from San Fernando Pampanga. Sana Ma blog naman ninyo finish last week ng May 2023. Isa pangarap lang na sipag at tiyaga natapos. Hindi naman pinagyayabang simple lang ang apartments. Landmark Ricemill sa Paroba July 7 nasa pinas kami sir. Salamat.😊

Wow! I liove everything in this house plus you did really a great job of presenting the house , very detailed even the size and measurement of the tiles, the " what made of" stuff ( except you just left out a little bit info THE PRICE or the total budget they spent for this house, so curious how much) and you did really captured in your video every angles of the house!!To me, You can beat so far all this professional real state presentors i had viewed in PI. A big congratulations to whoever the owners of this house!! I LOVE EVERYTHING IN THIS HOUSE🥰! I know it is only a dream for now , but if our plan will get through and if we can afford To build a place like this , i will definitely "copy paste" everything in this house Highlight to me is the show off contemporary design kitchen , the awesome enormous space of the auxiliary kitchen with a balcony attached, the unique ceiling in the stairwell part and all the bathrooms . All parts of the house , they are beautiful but kitchen to me and bathrooms for some reason like if youre selling your house someday those are the 2 A+ or wow factors that the buyers like to see that most updated , at least most likely here in US. And love the fairly descent size of the show off European cabinetry kitchen and my goodness the auxiliary kitchen is something too🥰 We are planning to move in to PI at least 2 yrs or less from now we have to prepare our house first to sell and see what direction we'll gonna be. Im originally from PI so I'd like to moback to my native land. Thank you for the house tour and thank you also for the owners who generously allowed their house to share viewing to us!!! Ill definitely check more of your house tours vids👍👍

Ma’am,wala pa pong detail and exact accounting ang cost sa gayon dahil long distance ang coordination from California kami g misis ko.Ako na po ang nag design at interior ng house.But for now the estimate cost is 12 M- 15 M.The Lot is our family property. All the materials are high end.Thanks for the interest po 🙏

actually they wasted a lot of spaces in the house. If they try to compress the area by removing the unnecessary balconies and huge toilet and bath, 200 sq.m is enough. The auxiliary kitchen alone is a waste of space, same with the balcony and toilets. what a waste of money, especially the most important part of the house which is the living, dining and the main kitchen are not spacious!

Tadtad ng lights ang kitchen. Parang may burol. May tubig sa floor ng auxiliary kitchen. Shiny floor tiles sa master bathroom, dangerous. Tatlong Pendant lights sa sala, wala sa lugar. Water tank sa front ng bahay, bakit dun nilagay?? Sa tingin ko, sumunod na lang ang arkitek sa magustuhan ng owner. Daming mismatch. May stainless railings sa porch then may black naman sa ibang parts ng bahay. Yung bedroom closets cheap kind na wood. Salpak style lang. Tapos wood look tiles sa shower area ng master?
