Congrats. This is such a nice house. Leave the curtain rails right there. They're better when they're closer to the ceiling. Just get the double rails which are wider than the windows. Makes the room looks taller which is a great interior tip. Can't wait to see how you decorate the place. That random space by the kitchen can be your coffee space since you love coffee or a bar as you said. I love the house. Congratulations again
