I dunno if it's just me... Pero parang resort yung design ng bahay nyo the fact na you've decided to built another hall to accommodate your future visitors made it more feels like you're in an inland resort talaga, plus the pool, jacuzzi, and other facilities. Ang laki din ng lot nyo! WOW! Ang ganda rin during night time. It's cool.👌

This is the type of a house that I use to see in house tour videos by American real estate brokers located in Beverly Hills, Bel-air, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Hollywood Hills etc. that can really give you resort vibe... Not your typical Filipino house that is so straight forward that only has single structure... I love how wide and spacious this compound is just so extra and lavish, I also like the idea of constituting so many halls so that people can still roam around and won't just stay inside the main house!🤗✨

This is my first time watching her vlog but I like her, she's very humble, the fact that she said its her parents house. Her family raise her or them very well. they are rich,(Iguess) but they are very down to earth or humble, her tone of speaking is not like bragging or something but very sweet and full of humbleness❤

Have you tried watching Homescape Realty? Maganda din ang pinapakita nilang bahay. Nae-emphasize doon ang mga garden sa labas ng bahay na pini-present niya. Almost the same with Presello, pero kay Julia kasi mas focus siya sa mismong bahay, while kay Dean, binibigyan din niya ng recognition ang mga halamanan. Kaya kung mahilig ka rin sa mga halaman, maybe you'll like it. Plus, may mura silang bahay, unlike sa presello na super duper yaman lang ang makaka-afford. But either way, I like both of them.

@@littlesenorita3220 yeah nakapanood nako ng viedos nila pero parang magkakahawig or nothing really special sa houses nila ng Presello, Homscape realty at yung isa pang channel. Im not gonna blame them for that because I know na yun lng yung kaya ng Pinoy but I'm so happy for them and the way they present it. Kasi yung fave house estate ko na channel yung kay Enes Yilzamir ata yung name nya tapos yung Propertygrams.

Same size of my pool but i only have 1 house same like nasa tapat ng jacuzzi & it was 1K sq.m. so calculating your land area via drone, kasama yung mejo di na nakita na parking lot & driveway, it's 10K sq.m. in total!!! Omg... size na po ng eskwelahan yan. 😄

Wowwwww! Nakakainspire.... sa lahat ng house tour na napanood ko ito yung pinakanagustuhan kong lay out ng bahay, well organized. Ganyan mga porma ng bahay ng mga rich families dito sa middle east naka separate ang reception hall para sa mga visitors. @@aleksandriabisacutan8558 Yung main house ba? It's probably because she didn't show the spaces used by her parents. I would assume the master's bedroom is humongous. The master's t&b with walk-in closet as well. Pwede rin may study/office sa main house na di pinakita. I think for the main house, mostly rooms ang prinioritize kasi di rin naman nila kailangan ganun kalaki ang public spaces (living and dining) because may separate entertainment hall and dining hall naman sa labas. Di din nagagamit yung kitchen sa main house so it's understandable na di nila nilakihan. They have 2 other kitchens naman outside na mas functional.

Banawe roof.. kung mapapansin nyo wala syang downspout usually hidden ang downspout pag banawe roof may hidden gutter sya. And also one of the expensive roofing

Sa ganda at laki ng bahay nyo o mansion nyo at lawak ng lupa ay parang hotel na. Ang gara nalulula ako sa ganda. Umabot halos ng 30 minutes ang pag house tour mo sa laki ng bahay nyo. Bukod dun maganda ka pa, simple, at mabait kahit napakayaman mo.
