Sa totoo lang. Sa dinami dami ng mga house tours na nakita natin na sobrang mahal like 20M at yung iba 40M pero sobrang liit lang.. pag nakakakita ako ng 6M 7M or 8M na bahay tulad nito parang feel ko sobrang mura na kahit ni 1M wala ako.. hahaha

Kaya kung kaya mo na bumili magstart ka na mag-ipon. Wait mo lang dumami ang business estab sa pampanga tataas presyo. Sa laguna nabuo lang calax nagtaasan na per sqm. Nuvali parang next makati of south na.

Maganda ung house. however lets clarify this one 3:13 para naman hindi mamis-informed ung iba lalu na ang kabataan. When you say clerestory window it doesnt mean its fixed window. Clerestory window means an overhead window or window located at the very top of the walls, and its intended to let the natural light come in, it is mostly fixed specially for countries with winter seasons, however it can be operable too like awning or jalousie if you wish. and its normally done in tropical countries like PH to let go the trapped hot air in our ceilings. then the cold airs will enter (vacuumed) thru your door or lower windows to fill the vacated space of hot air, and that is how clerestory windows helps to cool the interior of your house. its called "passive air". Pls be mindful when you share an info over the internet, if you are not sure, then dont share it, or atleast mention a disclaimer for it. peace!

It have be some years out but we are discussing having a future home built in Davao. However I LOVE the architecture styling of these homes like this one! Would it be possible to have these architects design this style of house for a lot in Davao city?

Build in cabinet is not enough to put clothes. It should be closets for all bedroom. wood accents are not needed, doesn’t look nice.
