This is called rose flower making tool. First we need to prepare batter ( 1 cup maida, 1 cup rice flour, 1/4 cup corn corn flour is option, if we use this gives a crispyness and it will loosen the batter from the rose flower making stick, 1/4 elaichi powder and a pinch of salt should be added to make. The batter should be in flowey like not too much thick or either watery. Then u should rest the batter for atleast 1hour. Place kadhai and pour oil and place the rose flower stick in oil and it should get heat , and when the oil becomes too heat take out the stick and dip it in the batter, but don't dip fully and place it in the oil and leave for 10 seconds and with one hand catch the stick and with an help of a knife slowly drop the rose flower in oil and fry for 2 to 3 minutes and take it out

Achappam we call it as gulab puluvu(flower).... Maida 2cups Rice flour 1 cup Sugar 1 cup Eggs 3 and cardamom powder....mix these as batter .need to keep that achapam stick in hot oil and then dip in batter and fry it till brown

Achapam maker has already been described by few bt before every use like during making u have to dip in hot oil n then dip in batter n then in oil like wise bt the achapam maker should be dipped in batter half way ..otherwise the snack won't come out 😂.... 👍👍👍👍

Made by maida or rice flour ,sugar , eggs and milk ,pinch of salt ...eggs opintionl make batter not so thik n not so thin...and firstly this mold deep in hot oil for a minutes and after it deep in batter but not cover all mould only deep half then put into oil for deep fry..

Achappam ek Kerala snacks h Egg beat krke usme sugar dalna aur thoda sa little bit of salt dalna acha mix karna fir usme thoda sa jeera dalna + coconut milk dalke acha mix karna, then add rice flour acha mix krke batter banana ( thoda thik hua tho usme coconut milk dalo ) Then kadayi me thel dalna wo heat hone ke baad ye tool usme dip krke rakhna ( garam thel me ) uske baad batter me dip krke thel me dalo
